Exchange & Return Policy
At Sansvika , we strive to deliver exceptional products to you. Prior to dispatch, each item undergoes stringent quality and hygiene checks. Nevertheless, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we have implemented the following exchange and return policy
Incorrect Item Sent
If you receive an incorrect item, we will promptly replace it or refund the full invoice amount upon your request.
Manufacturing Defect
Should you find a manufacturing defect in the product received, we will facilitate a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Refunds commence only after we receive and verify the returned product. Upon receipt, we will inspect it and, if approved, issue your refund within 3-5 working days.
Return Validation
Upon receiving your return package, we will assess its eligibility. If deemed eligible, your refund will be processed promptly. If not eligible, we will return the product to you. Either way, the return issue will be resolved within 7 days from receiving the return package.

By choosing Sansvika , you agree not to dispute our decision on return validation.
Return Conditions
Products eligible for return must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products or items personalized to your requirements cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, products explicitly marked as non-returnable are ineligible for return or exchange.
Chikankari Specifics
For Chikankari products, slight variations in threads or embroidery are natural and do not qualify for exchange, as these characteristics are inherent to handcrafted items.
